How Hospitality Coaching works,
and what you would hope to achieve:
We will initially have no contract, just run on a month to month basis for the first three months. After this time a coaching contract can be extended in 3 or 6 month periods. The hard question is to say how long we will work together. This depends on your ambitions and how hard you want to work at creating an amazing life of pleasure then work. For coaching to be successful, it is seen as an ongoing process, through a series of steps which all add up to a long-term improvement in your business and personal life.
It's important you understand what you are required to achieve - there will be suggestions made with you held accountable to see some action. Your performance will be improved through my encouragement as your personal mentor and you finding the best within yourself and applying your strengths for greater effect.
Throughout the program you will see that I don't require a huge amount of your time. It is important for you to achieve your goals little by little, piece by piece so that in the end you feel that your achievements are met with resounding results that have made a dramatic change within your business - all accomplished by you.
I set you daily and weekly tasks. Your responsibility to me as your hospitality coach will be to email me every single working day giving me an outline of the action you have taken within your business in order to achieve your goals. I reply within 24 hours giving you honest and regular advice briefly by email. We also meet up for 30 minutes over the telephone one day a week to discuss your achievements to date and the strategies for the next few days.
The problem is we are too involved in working in our business rather than on our business.
